• Identifying and Selecting- Includes marketing and recruiting specific types of volunteers .Includes position descriptions, selections processes, and materials to help place volunteers in meaningful roles

• Orientation- Orientation is for volunteers with less than 2 years of service it includes newsletters for new volunteers, powerpoints for new volunteers and other resources that will help them do their jobs but not project specific
• Training and Utilizing Materials for the more experienced volunteer and for middle managers. This will include club management, advisory boards and event management volunteer leaders. Materials for chaperone training, events volunteers and project volunteers. Utilizing is delegation
